1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing coffeencurls.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products and orders

We make every reasonable effort to display product information, pricing, and availability accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew on the cadence selected at checkout. You may pause, change, or cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect for orders not yet placed in production.

4. Shipping and returns

Coffee is shipped within 48 hours of roast. Curl care is shipped within 1–3 business days. Unopened curl products may be returned within 30 days. Coffee, once opened, is non-returnable for quality reasons.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, formulas, and brand marks — is owned by Coffee N Curls or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee N Curls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
