Categories of personal data we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, shipping address), commercial information (orders, subscriptions, returns, reviews), internet/network activity (pages visited, device type, IP, approximate location derived from IP), payment information (processed and stored solely by Stripe — we never see your full card number), and inferences (curl type, brew preference) you provide voluntarily through onboarding or quizzes.

Coffee N Curls is a Virginia-based business and complies with the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) as well as comparable state privacy frameworks where applicable.

1. What we collect

• Contact info you provide (name, email, shipping address, phone).
• Order, subscription, and review history.
• Basic device and analytics data necessary to run the Site.

2. How we use it

• To fulfill your orders and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails and, with your consent, marketing notes.
• To improve the Site and our products.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, shipping partners, email tools, analytics — under contracts that limit how they may use it. We do not sell personal data.
